An as-needed (typically weekly) package custom designed to your needs. Level One Package includes:

• Mowing of turf areas
• String trimming around all necessary areas including trimmer edging of drives, planting beds and walks
• Blowing of all walks, drive and planting bed areas
• Removal of clippings
• Billing on per-service basis, billed monthly
• Customization available for weeding, pruning, hedge trimming

Level Two Maintenance Package

As-needed service including all services Level One Services and:

• Spring Cleanup: Removal of all organic debris from winter storms
• De-thatching of lawn in preparation for growing season
• Debris removal
• Fall Cleanup: Removal of all leaves from property, cutback of perennial materials
• Billed in seven monthly installments April 15 – November 15

Level Three Maintenance Package

As-needed service including all Level 1 and 2 services and:

• Cutting of all bed edges and removal of cuttings
• Application of dark bark (or other at customer discretion)
• Pruning of all plant material under 12’ as necessary for health and aesthetic purposes
• Billed in seven monthly installments April 15 – November 15
