Company Information

Greencare Landscape Management was founded in 2003 by Mike Faulkingham, a 1996 graduate of the University of Maine’s Landscape Horticulture program.

Faulkingham’s founding principles were simple: communicate reliably with your client, offer outstanding product and service, and always do 10% more than your client expects.

In August of 2009, Greencare was acquired by a construction company called Beaver Building & Backyard Improvements, Inc. The two companies now work hand-in-hand to provide exceptional service to their customers. Operated by Paul and Alex Beaver, with Mike Faulkingham still helping to oversee operations, the two companies offer a wide variety of services. Together, Greencare Landscape Management and Beaver Building continue to operate under the same principles they were founded on. Each customer, regardless of the size of the project, receives second-to-none service from every employee, all the time.
